Dale M. Yake, PT, DPT, OCS, ATC
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Yake is founder of PT Solutions. Dale also serves the practice clinically with an emphasis on manual therapy of the spine and in sports medicine both treating various athletes at all levels and in event coverage. Aside from a clinical role, he oversees marketing and practice development, compliance, human resources and recruiting. Dale continues to provide clinical education across the southeast on manual therapy treatment and the multisport athlete. Dale has served in multiple roles as clinician in both hospital and private practice. He also has served the physical therapy profession as Secretary of State Physical Therapy Association and Board Member for Private Practice Groups.
Rocky Barnes, PT
President
Rocky Barnes is President of PT Solutions and has over 30 years of experience in the field of rehabilitation. After graduating from the University of Alabama-Birmingham with a degree in physical therapy, Rocky founded a private rehabilitation practice in 1983 and grew the company to 50 locations operating in 10 states.
Currently, Rocky oversees the hospital management agreements and outpatient centers, as well as directs development for PT Solutions. Rocky has been active in local and national therapy association activities.
Quinn S. Millington, PT, DPT, ECS, OCS, ATC
Chief Operating Officer
Quinn Millington serves PT Solutions as Chief Operating Officer. Quinn received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT where he also earned a minor in psychology and studied Korean. He earned his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University in Provo Utah. Quinn is board certified in clinical electrophysiology and orthopaedics and is a Certified Athletic Trainer. Quinn has managed and performed services in the acute hospital and industrial settings, as well as the long-term care, outpatient facility, and sports medicine environments. He has provided operational oversight, development, planning and acquisition integration for clinics located in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas and Colorado. Quinn currently oversees PT Solutions’ daily operations including billing, accounting, financial reporting and IT. He focuses his clinical practice on manual therapy of the spine and electroneuromyography. Quinn has presented on orthopaedic physical therapy and anatomy. He is a member of both the American Physical Therapy Association and the Alabama Physical Therapy Association. Quinn has also served the profession as a member of the Alabama APTA governmental affairs board. He has also served as a missionary to Korea and speaks, reads and writes Korean, he is an eagle scout and plays the piano. He is married with three daughters and is actively engaged in church activities.
Will Thames MSM, OTR, ATC, CHT
COO – PT Solutions Management
Will Thames, contributes to PT Solutions Management Team, a unique combination of clinical and administrative skills. During the past 15 years he has lead many teams of PTs and OTs in achieving clinical excellence and financial success. His background in Sports Medicine and
Upper Extremity Rehab enhance his management perspectives when working with clinicians. Contract negotiating, recruiting, business development and new-clinic implementation have highlighted his management career in the rehabilitation business. Occasionally, he speaks at professional meetings on Upper Extremity Orthopaedics, Wellness, Operational Procedures, and Industrial Rehabilitation. Currently, he is the Chief Operating Officer of PT Solutions Management.
